2022 ACOC Step Challenge Rules
ACOC STEP CHALLENGE RULES
■ Begins Sunday, June 19th and ends Saturday July 16th
■ All challengers must have a Pedometer or some electronic
to calculate steps if walking.
■ All challengers must submit number of steps based on
conversion chart if cycling/swimming/aerobics
■ Challengers can use one or all activities
■ Challengers must submit steps by Friday of each week for
steps to count. If steps are not submitted, steps will not
count toward personal or team total.
STEPS CAN BE SUBMITTED THREE WAYS:

- Use the weekly submission form at the bottom of this page (recommended way)
Week 2: 100 Bonus points for team total if you submit a
picture walking/exercising with a teammate.
Week 3: 100 Bonus points for team total if you submit a
picture walking/exercising with someone from another
Week 4: 100 Bonus points for team total if you submit a
picture walking/exercising with coworker/gym buddy/etc.
