Alondra Growth Plan

Alondra Growth Plan: Making more and better disciples through faith, service, and community.

What is the Alondra Growth Plan?

The Alondra Growth Plan (AGP) is our intentional approach to living our mission—We are God's family sent to show His love to a broken world, to share His hope of eternal life, to serve in His community and to send others to do the same empowered by the Holy Spirit and focused on making more and better disciples through the model of the Great Commission Engine (Matthew 28:19-20). The Alondra Growth Plan centers around three key experiences that move us toward spiritual growth and community impact:

  • Sunday Worship Experience – A time to gather as one family in worship, discovering God’s truth and deepening our devotion to Him and His purpose.
  • Group Experience – A place to grow in faith through authentic relationships, Bible study, and shared prayer as we learn to depend on the Holy Spirit together.
  • Surrendered Living – A call to action, where we deny ourselves and step into service—both inside and outside the church—to demonstrate God’s love in tangible ways.

Through the Alondra Growth Plan, we’re learning to live in 4D—Denial of Self, Discovery of His Word, Devotion to God and His Purpose, and Dependence on the Holy Spirit—as we show, share, serve, and send others to do the same.

Our AGP Activators

The Alondra Growth Plan is guided by our dedicated Activators, Deacon Yoshado Lang and Sister Anitra King. In the Intentional Churches model, Activators play a vital role in helping a church move from vision to action. They keep our mission in motion—making sure our plans don’t just live on paper but come to life in the hearts and habits of our members.

As Activators, Deacon Lang and Sister King help our ministry teams stay aligned with the Great Commission Engine by identifying opportunities for growth, coordinating next steps, and celebrating wins along the way. They use the Activator tools—such as the One Page Plan, Great Commission Dashboard, and Directional Team Rhythms—to track progress, maintain focus, and inspire movement throughout our church family.

Through their leadership, the Alondra Growth Plan continues to move forward with clarity, unity, and purpose—helping every member live out our mission to show, share, serve, and send in love.
